Return Instructions

  1. Email cs -at- jmdindustries -dot- com to receive an RMA#. In the subject line include: “Request for RMA”. DO NOT RETURN your items without an RMA#.

  2. Be sure to include: - Your original PO# - Part number - Quantity of discrepant items - Reason for return

  3. Return your items as received.

  4. Allow 48 hours for items to be evaluated.

  5. A Quality Assurance Representative will contact you with a disposition.

Terms & Conditions

  • Eligibility: All claims must be made within 30 calendar days from date of shipment to qualify. The ship date can be found on the original packing slip. Item(s) must be unused and in original condition.

  • RMA Authorization: Issuance of an RMA authorizes return of material for evaluation only and does not constitute an admission of liability or acceptance of responsibility.

  • Authorization Validity: RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Shipments received after this period may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

  • RMA Identification: The assigned RMA number must be clearly marked on all shipping containers and documentation. A copy of the RMA form must accompany the returned materials.

  • Packaging Requirements: Returned materials must be properly packaged to prevent damage in transit and must be suitable for inspection, repair, or rework.

  • Shipping Instructions: Returns must follow the instructions on the RMA form. Failure to do so may result in additional freight, handling, storage, or administrative charges billed to the customer.

  • Freight Responsibility: Unless otherwise arranged, all freight charges associated with the return are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Inspection and Disposition: All returned materials are subject to inspection upon receipt. We reserve the right to determine final disposition, including rejection.

  • Decontamination Requirement: Items must be properly cleaned or decontaminated prior to shipment. Materials received in an unsafe condition may be refused or returned at the customer's expense.

  • Credit Policy: Items determined to be non-repairable may qualify for credit for the value of the services(s) provided to the discrepant items. We are not responsible for the cost of fabrication or material.
